I’m really glad to bring you these original photographs that really puzzled and inspired me. They were taken in Shenzen, China and Tokyo, Japan by Jasper James, a talented British photographer currently living in Beijing who, as you see, like to play with reflection. In fact, these exellent pictures are just a small part of a project called place and people that I urge you to see on his online portfolio.
As you certainly noticed, portrait photography is all about capturing emotions, and sometimes, black and white is just the perfect choice to strengthen these emotions. That’s exactly what seems to happen in this set intitled Audience. Brad Kim, a South Korean photographer living in Los Angeles, shows us here a series of touching portraits.
